I have been involved in over 2000 weather related legal cases and insurance claims, and testified under oath in depositions and at trial over 135 times. As a consulting meteorologist I have been providing forensic weather analyses to attorneys, insurance companies, engineers, and private investigators for 30 years. I have been an operational and broadcast meteorologist since 1989. Services provided include consultation, written reports, expert witness testimony, litigation support, on-site inspections and obtaining certified weather records for use in court.
