  • Precipitation changes to rain from south to north during the afternoon & evening. Precipitation remains mostly or all snow north & west of Torrington, CT.

  • Accumulations of a coating to an inch or two, except 3" or more north & west of Torrington.

  • Some slick spots out there late Tuesday, Tuesday night & Wednesday.

  • Arctic cold front arrives Wednesday afternoon, with a flurry or snow squall, followed by a gusty wind & temps plummeting into the single numbers above & below 0 Wednesday night.

  • Windy & cold Thursday with highs 5-15.

  • Cold Friday & Saturday. Moderating temps Sunday.
